MEDITATION WORKSHOPS with Elesa Commerse
"Meditation is a direct experience. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what works for me or for the person sitting on the cushion next to you. What matters is what works for you.
Your meditation practice begins on the cushion (or chair), but your life occurs in the world. It is inseparable from the countless interactions you have with your family, friends, colleagues, neighbors and the rest of humanity. It is inseparable from the countless interactions and dialogue you have with yourself.
If you are interested in learning about these things, if you are interested in embodying these things, welcome to The Deep Calm. I look forward to helping you discover your peace."
