Shannon Sullivan The Grinberg Method®
Salena Hanrahan

The Grinberg Method® is a structured way of teaching through the body how to create a desired change in your life. Through touch, breathing, and raising the levels of energy and attention in your body, you learn how to stop habits and recurring situations that create suffering, restrict your freedom, interfere with healing, and stand between you and your goals.

The client process begins with a Foot Analysis. This session will identify your personal qualities and imbalances to explore the link between your physical state and the way you live. After the Foot Analysis, regular process sessions consist of different techniques and types of touch. Shannon will develop an individually designed strategy for your process to guide you to your goals. A process always works towards real, tangible results - a marked difference in a symptom, pain, or behavioral pattern that bothers you.

Shannon entered the three-year Professional Studies program to train to become a Grinberg Method® practitioner in February 2011, and is currently a Certified Practitioner - Stage I.. In one-on-one sessions, she loves teaching people how to be free from chronic pain, habits, behaviors and patterns that stand in the way of them being fully themselves. Shannon is at Moksha Riverwest on Friday afternoons.
