Nico Greene
Although many things have changed for Nico over the years, the grounding force has remained the practice of ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. Students taking Nico’s classes can expect a vigorous vinyasa class rooted in the guiding principles of ashtanga yoga. Emphasis is placed on breath, bandhas, and dristi in order to help facilitate the flow and direction of prana throughout the practice. Nico has had the privilege of studying yoga with many wonderful teachers, but is primarily a student of Daylene Christensen. Daylene’s guidance and teachings continue to be the blueprint for Nico’s practice and growth as a teacher. Nico also feels tremendous gratitude for the teachings of Todd Boman, Blanca Aviles, Kino MacGregor, and for the support of her friends and family.
