It is that time of year again to Rejoice the promise of Nature. Of the five Prana Vayus (vital forces), Pran is the force that governs Springtime, the time of rebirth and regeneration. In this class, we will follow nature’s lead by balancing our vital forces to bring about Personal Rebirth and Renewal. We will shed winter’s heaviness and attune ourselves to spring’s dynamic, magical and sensuous qualities.

Through focusing on the vitalizing and regenerating energetics,  this asana, pranayama, and meditation practice will help you to:

  • Increase a feeling of lightness both physically and emotionally
  • Increase ones experience of Joy and Gratitude
  • Warm the Heart and clear the heaviness of winter
  • Increase mobility in the spine, shoulders and hips
An exploration of mixed level Back Bends and Hand Stand will be addressed!
