We spend most of our lives totally oriented to the external. It is no wonder we feel frazzled, stressed and batted about. Take this time to learn how to dive inward. Within you is a reliable and steadfast inner sanctuary that stands ready to stabilize and nourish you, especially during times of great challenge and difficulty. Come, learn how to access this place inside of you – at any time, in any place. Become familiar with its many chambers, corridors and pathways to peace.

Her teachings are steeped in loving kindness and generosity. Her language, sensitivity, chanting and poetry touch places in our being that are so hard to reach, they nourish the innermost chambers of the heart." - Tias Little, author of The Thread of Breath, River Flow and Freeing the Bird of Prana "Elesa Commerse has been teaching meditation for my yoga teacher trainees and during my recent Women's Yoga Retreat, in New Zealand.
