Friday 6:30-9pm Information will be presented on prana as intelligent life-force and on how we will approach working with prana over the weekend. There are 3 levels of prana: gross, subtle and causal, and techniques will be taught to move consciousness into these three levels. Methods of focusing on our inner tensions and obstructions will also be given. The weekend will teach asana and other techniques from the Tantric tradition in ways that are rarely taught, to both increase healing and consciousness. Saturday 10am-12:30pm This session works with asana and breath to awaken the experience of gross and subtle prana. This process leads to spontaneous meditative experience. Saturday 2:30-5pm You will learn how to pulsate prana into different areas of the body. Healthy parts of us are further balanced and strengthened. Parts of us that require healing can be worked on individually. The aim of this process is purification and integration. Sunday 10am-1pm We will learn how to move prana as a wave through our whole being. This session integrates processes taught in previous sessions. The technique taught integrates all of our parts into a more conscious and powerful self.
