For yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, and yoga enthusiasts (satisfies Yoga Alliance's anatomy requirement).

Deepen the transformative potential of yoga through a comprehensive study of anatomy as it pertains to and supports the practice of yoga.

Integrate the contemporary study of human anatomy and movement with the ancient yogic wisdom of the body. Classes are a stimulating combination of lecture and discussion, hands-on palpation, and experiential asana, organized around principles of body mechanics, movement patterns, and the various systems, especially respiration.

Successful completion of the course for Moksha Yoga Center Teacher Training and Yoga Alliance requires:

  • Punctual attendance, focus, and full participation in all classes
  • Complete and pass all quizzes on time with a total average above 70%
  • Complete both in-class and take-home components of final exam by the due date with above a 70%
  • Complete all assignments and readings and attend review/make-up session (week before final) for any missed class(es).
  • If two or more classes are missed, (a) course must be repeated for certification, or (b) private make-up sessions with the instructor may be arranged for a fee
