TUITION & FEES

Tuition: 

$2,900 if paid by August 15, 2008

$3,200 if paid by Sept 15, 2008

$3,500 if paid after Sept 15, 2008

Payment Plan: $3,500

• $1800 due July 29, 2008
• Promissory note, payment schedule and signed agreement due July 29, 2008
• Six post-dated and signed checks for $300 each dated 9/1, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1, 2/1 ($1800 balance) due July 29, 2008

Terms and Conditions:

• A $100 refundable deposit holds your place in the training
• Returned checks subject to a $25 return fee
• Seva (selfless service) may be waived for an additional $200 fee
• Those not accepted into the course will be given a full refund

The course fee includes the following items:

• MYC teacher training manual
• All MYC teacher training classes as scheduled
• All Devi 2000 Kirtans (100% discount)
• Anatomy Course with Shanna Linn

The course fee entitles you to the following discounts:

• 10% discount on all boutique items from time of registration to June 30, 2009 (no retroactive discounts for purchases already made)
• 20% discount on all guest Kirtans at MYC to June 30, 2009
• 20% discount on all workshops and special events at MYC to June 30, 2009

The course fee does NOT include the following:

• MYC or JIL classes beyond those described above
• Yoga Anatomy Teacher Training with Tias Little ($550)
• Required Props (mat, strap, block, neti pot, notebook, journal)
• Required Textbooks - You may purchase all required textbooks at Moksha at 10% off, check them out at a public library, or buy them from one of a prior year's trainees. To help defray the cost, you may also consider sharing with another current trainee.
• Sorry, no discounts on other teacher training programs held at MYC (Aadil Palkhivala, etc.)

Cancellations and Refunds:

Student will receive a full refund of all money paid if the student cancels within a three-business-day cancellation period.

A student who withdrawals or is dismissed after attending one class, but before completing 60% of the instruction is entitled to a pro rated refund as follows:

As part of this policy, the school may retain a one-time application fee of no more than $100. .  Student will receive the refund within 40 days of the termination date.  If a student withdraws after completing 60% of the instruction, and the withdrawal is due to mitigating circumstances beyond the student’s control, the school will refund a pro rata amount.

A written notice of withdrawal is not required.  All or a portion of the refund will be used to pay grants, loans, scholarships or other financial aid in conformity with federal and state law.  The school will make a “good fatih” effort to make a refund, if necessary, by sending certified mail to student’s permanent address.

The certification requirements, topics, programs, classes, standards, number of hours, length of classes and deadlines are subject to change, addition, deletion, rescheduling, revision, or replacement at any time at the discretion of the teacher trainer. These requirements are designed to conform to and exceed the Yoga Alliance National Teacher Training certification standards. By attending, completing, and/or receiving certification in this program, you will not automatically be offered a teaching position at Moksha Yoga Center or any other facility.  Certification is up to the sole discretion of the teacher trainer and Moksha Yoga Center.  Certification may be denied to any participant for any reason.
