7 Steps to Avoid Food Cravings
Saturday Nov 13th 10-1pm $35 ($40 after Nov 6)
Managing food cravings shouldn't be a battle. These seven steps offer a gentler approach. We'll develop tools of awareness around food that will automatically reset food cravings on a healthier course. In the class you'll discover:
• The source of food cravings
• Food cravings by dosha
• A seven step plan for overcoming cravings
• How to recover from indulgence
10 Good Eating Habits Cooking Class
Sunday Nov 14th 10-1pm $45 ($50 after Nov 6)
Ayurveda explains the importance of diet and digestion. Good digestion is the root of health, beauty, and well-being. Poor digestion leads to toxic buildup. In this class you'll learn 10 good eating habits to keep your gut and body healthy & fit.
