Adjustments workshop for teachers $65 ($75 after Oct 15)
In this seminar for teachers you will learn how to approach some key postures in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. You can only share what you directly experience so the process of teaching, assisting and guiding students includes your personal level of awareness. While there is cookie cutter method that applies universally to all people in all situations, you will experiment with communicating through hands-on assists during your teaching and during your yoga practice.

Fri, Oct 22, 6-9pm
Arm Balances for Everyone $50 ($60 after Oct 15)
Break a sweat while learning to safely balance on your hands, have fun while challenging yourself and gain access to your own inner strength. The magic of the arm balance is demystified and made approachable so that every practitioner who is not afraid to put in the work can feel the beauty of flight. When done correctly arm balances can build self-esteem, increase energy flow and heal old injuries. Every student will leave with proven techniques to safely build the structural support necessary for stability in all strength based postures.

Lengthen the Hamstrings, Relax the Hips $50 ($60 after Oct 15)

Unlock the secret to open hips and long hamstrings and solve the riddle of these two seemingly incorrigible areas of the body. Without your hamstrings and hips in place the yoga practice sometimes feels like a dead end with no hope in sight. Turn that thought around in this fun, practical approach to working with your legs, hips and pelvis. This workshop gives you the foundation for healthy forward bending, easy hip rotation and a new understanding of your legs. Delve into the inner world with solid anatomical explanations, easy-to-apply techniques and in-depth understanding.
