Catherine began her yoga journey in 2010. She was initially drawn to the power and flow of Ashtanga yoga but has since branched out to study other styles. She’s studied with teachers including Aadil Palkhivala, Gabriel Halpern, Kim Wilcox, and Rich Logan. She has both a 200 hr and an advanced 500 hr yoga teaching certification through Moksha Yoga Center. Her classes combine vinyasa flow with held poses focusing on alignment and breathwork. She strives for her students to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind.
