Full Moon Cacao Ceremony

Join us in celebrating the full moon of April with a Cacao Ceremony in honor of Shiva, the first yogi (Adiyogi). The ceremony will include a welcome and introductions to foster community, a Shiva/Shakti meditation with Maximillian, Chanting & Mantras with Daren, Nadi Shodhana (Alternating Nostril Breath) and blessings to the energies of earth, water, fire, air and ether. Enjoy cacao as the quintessential feature of the ceremony accompanied by handpan drumming with Dymtro and a relaxing savasana with adjustments to finish. Bring your journal and writing instrument along with an open mind and heart.
