Justin Gears began taking yoga classes to initially help with his lower back problems. After practicing for years and experiencing all the benefits of yoga Justin felt a calling deepen his practice and enroll in teacher training. He is trained in Astanga yoga. Justin aims to see each person as a whole and to create a quiet, still and healing space within, allowing the opportunity for self-healing. By removing obstacles like stress, your body can focus on functions like cellular exchange of nutrients, tissue repair, digestion, and elimination of toxins. His teaching style focuses on breathing, alignment and deepening body awareness. Justin hopes to help you discover and maintain the power within YOU!
