Lee.

Lee grew up in the Chicago area and has worked in the healthcare industry for more than a decade. After traveling to ~25+ countries around the world, he came to believe that although cultural differences exist, most of us are asking similar questions including, “Who Am I”? Likewise, we are all pursing similar goals in life including Dharma (right ways of living), Artha (material well-being), and Kama (pleasure).

Lee has practiced various styles of Yoga since 2017, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Jivamukti, Astanga and other niche types of yoga.  Lee, a certified yoga teacher, earned his 200-hour certification at Moksha Yoga Center and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.  His teaching style has been deeply influenced by Daren Friesen of Moksha Yoga

In Lee’s class, you will discover a sequence of mindfully crafted asana’s (yoga postures), pranayama (breath) practices, and mudras (hand gestures) while focusing on expanding one’s inner awareness. Yoga is a continuation of his life’s journey and he hopes to share Yoga’s approach to answering life’s important questions with future students. This includes helping students explore the full practice of Yoga including its eight limbs and its deeper philosophy.
