Lily’s first encounter with the practice of yoga was in her adolescence. She took the initiative to maintain the practice for sometime, then, like most children she let it go and became fascinated with other things. In her junior year of high school she decided to step back onto her mat. A few weeks after high school graduation she left for an intensive teacher training with Moksha Yoga Center completing her 200hr certified yoga teacher training. She strives to keep her students in a constant meditative state through emphasis on breathing and alignment. She encourages that her students walk away from class happy, stronger, and more present. Lily strives to represent a yogic way of life on and off the mat through sattvic eating, practice, and mindfulness.
