Michele completed the ‘Forrest Yoga’ teacher training in Seattle in 2004, in Rhode Island in 2007 and again remotely in 2022. Forrest Yoga has taught Michele to use breath and go deep into feeling. Michele has restored her physical and mental body to health. “Forrest yoga taught me to be confident with my own body and access my strength… that is what I wish for others as well“. Michele happily teaches Forrest Yoga at Moksha Yoga, as well as in the Chicagoland area.
