Yoga has been a part of Pedro’s life since 2008. Looking to relieve leg cramps while training for a triathlon, he took his first yoga class mainly to enhance his athletic performance. Pedro took up yoga classes 3 times per week where he realized yoga’s benefits of building strength, flexibility, and fearlessness both on and off the mat.
Pedro completed his 200-hour teacher training with Sadana Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia. In this intensive training, Pedro felt overwhelmed at first but allowed himself to make mistakes, learn over time, and integrate the teachings into his practice.
Pedro says yoga is a relationship that is built between the body, mind, and breath. His intention is to use yoga to empower one to become free from obstacles in life. Pedro holds space to help others find this release so that they can comfortably and competently move through life.

Pedro seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing all the layers of one’s being with yoga, and then stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
