ASTANGA PREP
Ashtanga prep as a class that's one step up from the basic level class. These will ideally increase your ability to "flow" in your vinyasa and/or ashtanga practices. Each class will employ the traditional ashtanga vinyasas: surya namaskara A and B, and the standing poses.
