
Yoga + Journaling through the Koshas
Join yoga teacher Sarah Lindgren for a morning of yoga and writing where we utilize the power of a complete yoga practice which include pranayama, asana and meditation paired with the written word to amplify our journey through the 5 koshas or veils of our human existence with stream of consciousness journaling.
In this 2 hour yoga session you can expect an upbeat yoga practice that is designed to help you break through energetic barriers as you become more clearly connected to the light of your soul. In the words of one of my first yoga and journaling attendees “We write to learn what we already know.” So, It is my invitation for you to join me on this journey towards the divine light of your soul from the Annamaya Kosha to the Anandamaya Kosha.
Please bring your own pen, journals will be provided. Wear comfortable yoga attire and please bring your water.
