Grace McGann’s journey through yoga is a dance of breath, movement, and mindful awareness. A 200-Hour RYT, she draws inspiration from the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gītā and the diverse teachings she has explored across Spain, the United States, and Colombia. Her practice blends the foundations of Sivananda Yoga with experiences in studio and retreat settings, guiding her to cultivate flows that honor both the body and the spirit.
