This workshop is a deeply restorative practice blending two powerful modalities: somatic-based yoga and healing sound bowls.
You will be guided through gentle, intentional movements designed to help you tune into your body’s physical sensations. This practice teaches you how to recognize and move emotional tension and stress, rather than allowing it to become stagnant.
As you move, the therapeutic frequencies of crystal sound bowls will bathe the room, encouraging your nervous system to fully relax and reset. You’ll walk away with practical tools for emotional regulation and a deeper connection to your inner world.

Rooted in the truth that we are nature, Nicole blends ancient wisdom and modern practices while holding space for people to grow through mindful practices and rituals.
Sam Kasmer is a holistic healing arts practitioner, blending her expertise as a trauma-informed music therapist and yoga teacher with a deep focus on Reiki and energy healing. With extensive experience in mental health settings, she integrates clinical understanding with intuitive energy work to facilitate profound healing experiences. Sam’s approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, utilizing Reiki, somatic techniques, and breathwork to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming inner harmony. She creates a safe and transformative space for individuals to experience the gentle yet powerful benefits of energy healing, guiding them towards greater well-being.
