Kundalinī Yoga, Kīrtan, and Spiritual Storytelling
This immersive workshop weaves together Kundalinī yoga, kīrtan, and spiritual storytelling to awaken the heart and uplift the spirit.
Kundalinī yoga sets the foundation through intentional movement and subtle energetic techniques, awakening prāṇa and preparing the body as a resonant vessel. The practice is accessible yet potent—designed not to exhaust the body, but to open energetic and emotional pathways.
An extended Kīrtan experience follows, where communal chanting and live music invite meditation through sound. Each chant is accompanied by storytelling rooted in yogic and devotional traditions, offering insight into the deities, inner archetypes, and mythic symbolism being invoked. Rather than performance, this is a shared practice—voices rising together, repetition softening the mind, devotion meeting joy.
No prior experience with Kundalinī yoga or Kīrtan is required. Come as you are—curious, devotional, or joyfully unsure.
