Join us for a nourishing and multidimensional afternoon of practice, inquiry, creativity, and connection through the lens of traditional Aṣṭāṅga Yoga. This special workshop will begin with a guided Half Primary Series practice, offering students the opportunity to deepen their relationship with breath, movement, dr̥ṣṭi, and internal awareness within the flowing structure of the Aṣṭāṅga method.
Following practice, we will gather for a conference — a traditional space for discussion, teaching, storytelling, and open Q&A. Together we will explore the deeper philosophy and inner dimensions of yoga, including topics related to practice, discipline, consciousness, spirituality, and the integration of yoga into daily life.
The workshop will then transition into an Art & Healing session designed to encourage reflection, expression, creativity, and inner exploration. Through mindful artistic process and contemplative space, participants will be invited to connect more deeply with intuition, emotion, and personal insight beyond words and concepts.
We will close the gathering with tea, light snacks, and community connection — offering time to relax, integrate, and share in meaningful conversation together. This workshop is open to dedicated practitioners, curious beginners, and anyone seeking a deeper and more holistic experience of yoga beyond the physical practice alone.
