Yoga for Transformation

Vinyasa flow level 2 class

Learn to reduce stress while increasing your self-awareness, creativity, & intuition to be more productive in life! Transformation is the ability to “change form”, a permanent and lasting change that requires us to cultivate self-discipline & self-awareness. In this class you will learn how to use the tools of yoga to experience a transformation of your energy to begin to develop the skills needed to evolve as beings! We use the poses, breath, energetic techniques, meditation, mantras, and mudras to expand our states of consciousness while decreasing stress & de-exciting our nervous system. Apply the tools to your everyday life and experience a self-revolution from within!
