Learn about teach of the styles of yoga offered at Moksha in this 6 week series.
In this workshop introducing Forrest Yoga, learn about yoga as a healing and pain-free practice. Forrest Yoga is a specialized approach addressing physical, energetic and spiritual needs and includes long holds and lots of core work. The 4 pillars of Forrest are breath, strength, integrity and spirit.
This workshop includes a discussion and description of Forrest Yoga, a ceremonial opening involving sage, music and blessings, a Forrest Yoga style 75 minute practice, and a closing question and answer.
