Yoga, Sound Bath & Superfoods

Please join us for an unforgettable evening of yoga and sound healing. Pedro Bosque, leads us in a one hour practice Vinyasa flow style, to stretch and strengthen the body and mind. The next session is an immersive sound healing experience provided by the Orenda Connection, a husband and wife duo – Cassandra and Jason Clegg, certified in shamantic crystal sound healing and Reiki. You will be guided for a magical hour in an immersive sound journey through powerful crystal sound healing bowls and other magical instruments. After, sample healing superfoods provided by Justin to spike your nutrition to better accept the healing properties of both practices. Please join us in community to experience this wonderful evening.
