What is Prana??
Prana is the universal life force or energy, this life energy is also known as Chi and it flows through the thousand of subtle energy channels called “nadi” and energy centers called “chakra” – Prana is the vital life energy needed by all physical and subtle layers to keep us alive, without the breath we would surely perish. It has many different levels of meaning from the physical to the energy of consciousness the Kundalini Shakti and to the original creative power. Yogis say that the entire universe is a manifestation of prana.
