With Anette & Karen
Saturday, October 3 | 1:30–3:30 PM
Join Anette and Karen for a unique afternoon experience designed to move you through three complementary practices: deep relaxation, slow yoga, and joyful dance.
We’ll begin with a calming sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to quiet the mind and invite deep rest. From there, we’ll gradually awaken the body through slow, grounding yoga, creating space to breathe, move, and reconnect.
Then the energy shifts! Our practice transitions into energized dance—an opportunity to let go, have fun, move freely, and celebrate the simple joy of being alive.
This workshop is an invitation to experience the full spectrum of movement: rest, release, connection, energy, and joy.
