Bhakti Fun Flow
Enjoy a rich and soulful yoga class that weaves together all the woo to bring you yoga beyond the physical practice. While working toward a pinnacle yoga pose, we’ll flow through meditation, breathwork, chanting, and more to help you connect deeply to your body, mind, and your higher self so you can begin to release what’s no longer serving you while working toward creating a life that you love! Complementary mocktails will be served afterward. *All levels are welcome though you must be able to get up and down to the ground easily and quickly and be on your hands and knees.
What is Bhakti Yoga?
Bhakti yoga is traditionally focused on attaining a state of Divine Love. By using meditation, chanting, mantras, reading, and more – participants strive toward reaching alignment with Christ (or Krishna) Consciousness.
About Crystal
Crystal Gray has been teaching yoga since 2006 and loves teaching classes that include as much of the rich history as possible to enhance its life-transforming qualities. By bringing together the physical practice with the spiritual side, personal growth is exponentially enhanced. Past clients and former students love how confident they feel after working with Crystal and enjoy how comfortable they feel in her classes, regardless of their size, shape, or ability. Her non-dogmatic and light-hearted approach makes classes fun and accessible!
