Community Class: Restorative
Join teacher Grace for an hour of intentional relaxation. Restorative yoga uses a variety of props to help the body rest into completely supported postures. Combined with guided pranayama (breathwork) and hands-on assists, the practice of restorative yoga resets the nervous system to leave practitioners feeling deeply rested.
Grace McGann is a 200-Hour RYT whose teaching blends breath, movement, and mindful awareness. Inspired by the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gītā and her studies in Spain, the United States, and Colombia, she draws from Sivananda Yoga and diverse practice traditions to create welcoming, accessible classes. With a focus on thoughtful alignment, breath-centered movement, and mindful pacing, Grace helps students cultivate strength, presence, and a deeper connection to themselves.
