Time to come together for our monthly meet up where we practice contact beyond contact dance and connection! ✨
CBC is a dance & healing practice that integrates body, mind, heart, and spirit for personal and relationship growth.
What to Expect:
+A guided warm-up to ground and awaken the body
+Partnered and group explorations rooted in trust and exploration
+Energetic practices that cultivate healing, depth, and expanded consciousness
+Opportunities for free-form movement and deep rest
This space is:
+Open to all levels of dance and movement experience
+Consent-based and trauma-informed
+An invitation to connect — with yourself, with others, with the space, and with something greater
Please be on time and plan to stay for the whole practice to create safety for the container.
Items to bring:
- Water
- Loose fitting clothes
- Knee pads (optional)
- Item for the altar (optional)
Suggested donation $25-40
(Nobody will be turned away for financial reasons. If you are struggling, donate what you can.)
