Karen brings two decades of personal yoga practice and a deep commitment to well-being to every class. A partner at Dolan Law and an advocate for justice, she balances her demanding legal career with the grounding power of yoga. Karen’s teaching emphasizes mindful alignment, breath awareness, and creating space for students to find steadiness—on the mat and in life. A lifelong Chicagoan, she shares her home with her husband and four beloved rescue dogs, embodying compassion in both her profession and her practice.
