Foundation to Sound Meditation Teacher Training
Sound. Presence. Experience.
A One-Day Introduction to the Art & Practice of Sound Meditation
Curious about sound meditation and ready to explore a little deeper?
The Samadhi Method™: Foundations of Sound Meditation is an immersive, experiential day designed to introduce the art and practice of intentional sound meditation through listening, learning, discussion and hands-on exploration.
The day moves through the seven elements of SAMADHI — Stillness, Awareness, Modulation, Atmosphere, Delivery, Holding and Integration.
Participants will explore deep listening, resonance and vibration; experience foundational playing techniques; discover the relationship between sound and silence; and begin to understand how pacing, atmosphere and intention can shape a sound meditation experience.
Crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments will be provided for guided, hands-on exploration throughout the day. No personal instruments or previous sound meditation experience are required.
This Foundations experience is designed as an introduction rather than a certification or comprehensive facilitator training—an opportunity to experience the fundamentals, explore the instruments and discover whether deeper study of sound meditation is right for you.
For those inspired to begin or expand their own collection, a curated selection of crystal singing bowls and sound instruments will be available for optional purchase at special training-day pricing.
