Through our time together you will have time to connect to the power of your own breath and how different techniques cultivate different energetic responses. You will learn how to access bandhas; Mula Bhanda: pelvic floor lift, Uddiyana Bhanda: low belly lift and Jalandhara: chin lock. You will learn the intention and meaning behind both full body mudra practice and hand mudras as well as the energetic properties they hold.
