Join us for an afternoon of embodied exploration, sensual movement and deep connection with your body.
Drawing from trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and dance, this women-identifying workshop invites you to soften rigidity, reconnect with your natural rhythms, and awaken the divine feminine energy that lives within you.
Created as a supportive and intentional space for women and femme-identifying individuals this workshop is designed to foster a sense of safety, comfort, and freedom as participants explore sensual movement within their own bodies. Through a specially curated playlist, guided breathwork, fluid yoga-inspired movement, and sensual floor-based flow, you’ll be invited to move beyond self-consciousness and into presence. This is not about performing, looking a certain way, or getting the movements “right.” It is about feeling—allowing music, breath, and intentional movement to guide you back home to your body.
Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to move with softness, confidence, playfulness, and authenticity while cultivating a deeper sense of embodiment and self-expression.
No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen to your body and follow its wisdom.

Sam Kasmer is a holistic healing arts practitioner, blending her expertise as a trauma-informed music therapist and yoga teacher with a deep focus on Reiki and energy healing. With extensive experience in mental health settings, she integrates clinical understanding with intuitive energy work to facilitate profound healing experiences. Sam’s approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, utilizing Reiki, somatic techniques, and breathwork to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming inner harmony. She creates a safe and transformative space for individuals to experience the gentle yet powerful benefits of energy healing, guiding them towards greater well-being
