Learn about teach of the styles of yoga offered at Moksha in this 6 week series.
In this workshop introducing Tantrik Yoga, learn about the Tantrik techniques involving bandhas, mudras and kriyas. Using the energetic body as a map, understand how marma, nadi, chakra is incorporated along with pranayama, mantra and visualization meditations.
This workshop includes a discussion and description of Tantrik Yoga, a ceremonial opening involving chanting, a Tantrik Yoga style 75-90 minute practice, and a closing question and answer.
