In this workshop introducing Viniyoga Yoga, learn about the Viniyoga yoga approach to practice involving, adaptation of poses, breath synchronized movement in the poses, pranayama and chanting.
This workshop includes a discussion and description of Viniyoga Yoga, a ceremonial opening involving chanting, a Viniyoga Yoga style 75-90 minute practice, and a closing question and answer.
