Over the course of October, join Moksha Yoga teacher Sarah Lindgren for a deep dive into understanding the energy body. You will learn how the physical form of our human body is influenced by the internal energetic and sometimes elusive regions that make up “the energy body”. We will clarify what the energy body is, where the anatomical locations of these energy sources are, and how to utilize them in your practice and teaching. Each practice will feed the next, this process allows for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of what the energy body consists of and how it relates to your practice both on and off the mat.
Each morning we will begin with a yoga-asana practice to provide you with the opportunity for the felt sense of these practices followed by a lunch break. After lunch study of the energy body begins, please consider bringing tools for you to record notes of interest and your thoughts. Upon conclusion of each day you will have the opportunity to further discuss the work and practices with Sarah if you need. Sarah is certified through Yoga Alliance as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), if you need certification and credits please let the staff know upon registration so you can recieve your con’t ed certificate after the close of practice.
