Yoga for Art | Thesis Workshop

A sacral chakra workshop focused on connecting to the creative aspects of self. Join Kallayah in a yoga flow to connect with the artist in you. A review of how yoga can be a means to allow your creative energy to flow freely. Participants will have a chance to create their own collage inspired by their practice that day.

This is a donation based workshop.
