Yoga for Global Love Day
Love begins with you. This special evening with Moksha teachers Karen and Kallayah is devoted to cultivating love as a lived experience—starting from within and naturally extending outward.
Through a heart-centered flow, we’ll explore what it means to soften defenses, release emotional holding, and reconnect with the deeper well of self-love that often gets buried beneath daily stress and habit. Expect intentional, heart-opening postures paired with breathwork designed to gently dissolve tension and invite a sense of warmth, receptivity, and compassion. This is not about striving or performing, but about remembering—returning to a quieter, more authentic connection with yourself.
As the body opens, we’ll transition into guided prāṇāyāma and meditation focused on the heart space (anāhata cakra), cultivating qualities like kindness, forgiveness, and presence. From this place, love is no longer something we chase—it becomes something we embody and share effortlessly.
We’ll close with tea and community, offering a simple, grounded space to connect and reflect.
Come as you are. Leave feeling softer, more open, and rooted in the kind of love that begins within and naturally flows outward.
