Moonlight Magic and Manifestation: A Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a sacred evening in ceremony as we come together in community to reflect, celebrate, and connect! Harnessing this transformational energy of the full moon, we’ll reflect on what we need to ‘let go’ of that is holding us back, while embracing the energy of the summer solstice, that marks a transitional period of “new beginnings” and “renewal”! We will go through a gentle yoga practice with somatics, breath work, and meditation to transform stress into feelings of wellbeing, expanding our states of consciousness and experience the heart-opening power of cacao, reconnecting us with our true selves!

This special cacao ceremony offers a night of soulful connection, intention setting, and the rich, ceremonial warmth of cacao, guiding you into a space of reflection, connection, and transformation. Embrace the magic of the full moon with the summer solstice!

Cacao Ritual: Sip on the “elixir of the gods”, as cacao is known for. Cacao, known as the “food of the gods,” opens the heart chakra (creating connection), allowing us to tap into our true self and only then can we set powerful intentions that are in alignment with who we are alignment with who we are & what is “right for me”.

Journaling: Allow your subconscious thoughts to come up into the conscious mind and flow out onto paper, releasing that energy that may be plaguing you. You will be provided with journaling prompts that will give you crystal clear clarity on what you want to bring into your life. Explore dreams, set goals, and unlock your inner wisdom!

Gentle Yoga and Somatic Practices: We’ll move our bodies with gentle yoga poses to connect with our physical and energetic body. These movements will help us release tension, stress, and stuck energy to expand our consciousness for the manifestation of our intentions!
